1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the interwin platform, including the official website at interwin.plus, the mobile app for Android and iOS, and all related services. By accessing or using any part of the interwin platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules published by interwin from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Interwin platform. Continued use of the platform after any amended terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended terms.

These terms are available in Bahasa Melayu and English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two versions, the English version shall prevail as the controlling text.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the interwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not an individual who has self-excluded or is registered under any gambling exclusion programme.
• Not acting on behalf of any third party while using the platform.
• Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional purpose.
• Not an employee, contractor, or stakeholder of Interwin or any affiliated company.

Interwin reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and may require you to submit identity verification documents. Failure to meet eligibility requirements or provide the necessary documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account active on interwin. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for updating your account information should any changes occur. interwin is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the Interwin support team immediately.

The identity verification process (KYC) will be carried out when you submit your first withdrawal request or when interwin deems verification necessary. Documents that may be required include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of current address. This process is a standard security measure to protect your account.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Interwin supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrency options. All deposits are processed instantly and will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for the chosen payment method.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the limits set for each payment method. Current limits are available on the deposit page within your account and may vary depending on your VIP level.

Fund withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Members must have fully completed the KYC verification process before their first withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only cash winnings earned after fulfilling the bonus wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.
• Interwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal deemed unusual.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used, unless otherwise specified by Interwin.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Interwin offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, exclusive VIP offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer.

The wagering requirement (rollover requirement) is the amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier – for example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place total bets of RM2,000 before withdrawing winnings from that bonus.

• Bonuses may only be claimed through designated channels and within the specified validity period.
• Each bonus has an expiry date – bonuses not used within the valid period will be automatically cancelled.
• Interwin reserves the right to void any bonus obtained through illegitimate means or suspicious activity.
• Games eligible to fulfil bonus wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Members are not permitted to transfer bonuses between accounts or in any way that violates the spirit of the promotional terms.

Interwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect bonuses already in the process of having their wagering requirements fulfilled by a member.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the interwin platform use a random number generator (RNG) certified by an independent certification body. This ensures that every game outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including interwin itself.

The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each game is available in that game's information section. RTP is a theoretical long-term value and is not a guarantee of results for any individual gaming session.

In the event of a technical failure or system disruption during an active game session, Interwin will use server records as the definitive reference to determine game outcomes. If a game outcome cannot be verified due to a technical failure, Interwin reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the wagered amount to the member's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Members are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the Interwin platform:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or another person's identity.
• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to access or interact with the platform without authorization.
• Exploiting bugs, technical errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits on the interwin platform.
• Abusing the bonus program with the intent to withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving rudely towards any other member or Interwin staff.
• Violating any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Interwin uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. Any violation of these terms will be acted upon firmly, including account suspension or closure and freezing of funds.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Interwin reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that the member has violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in activities that could compromise the integrity of the platform.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the Interwin support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method after proper verification.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, interwin reserves the right to hold funds in the account for investigation purposes. interwin's decisions regarding account closure and fund retention are final, subject to the available internal appeals process.

9 Personal Data Protection

Interwin collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be read at Privacy Policy page. We comply with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia in all aspects of our members' data processing.

10 Liability Limit

The interwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, interwin makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

Interwin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of expected winnings, business interruption, or data loss.

Interwin's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of such claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law and any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to remain in full force and effect.
